Before Shipping

We will deliver the item to the customer in one or two business handling day when the payment is cleared. We will check the order carefully before it is sent to you.

We will pack the order well tough with normal appearance, which is easy for your custom clearance. If you need additional request upon the packing please let us informed at the first time.

If possible, please supply us with your telephone number only for the purpose of your local post office needs. In case that you are absent and not able to pick up the item at your location in time, the post office may call you for reminder (Mostly, mail carrier will only put a notice).

Shipping Mode

We mainly use EMS and Air Register Mail for worldwide shipping. They are operated by the post office all over the world. EMS Express can be tracked on EMS website (China Post Office) and your local post office. Air Register Mail can be tracked by your local post office. Both need your signature to accept.

If you need the track number, please send an e-mail or leave a message to us for acquisition.

We can also use other express shipping, such as: UPS, DHL, FedEx and TNT etc, while the cost will be higher. You shall contact us first if you need mentioned above service.

Shipping insurance is optional and it is up to the customer.

Shipping Period

Generally speaking, Chinese EMS Express takes about 2 to 4 days from China to Asia countries, about 3 to 6 days to Australia, USA or Canada, about 5 to 10 days to Euro continent and about 6-12 days to South America etc. Be noticed that some countries or places may take longer time.

The shipping period may happen to some exception because of the custom check and post office neglect. You can contact us if you dont have it in regular days. We will firstly check it with track number. If it doesnt work we will send the track application in paper to the post office, which will take several days to acquire the reply. That is the normal track progress set by the Chinese Post Office.

Compared with Hong Kong Post Service, Chinese Chinese Air Register Mail which is cheaper and slower than EMS Express is strange for the shipping period and delivery (mainly because of the international flight). Sometimes fast in 7 days, and sometimes later than 21 days. Moreover it has little and poor information about the shipping condition. We have many cases that even customer gets the item, the system of the post office still tells that it was just sent from China several days ago. In that case, we sincerely hope customers can keep a little more patience for the potential delay, since we cant control the shipping speed of post office and custom release. Many thanks in advance.

Payment Method

Alipay is the first option and priority for the payment. We can also accept the payment via Pay-Pal or Western Union or Bank T/T Wire Transaction or Credit Card (in US only) etc.

After Sales Service

Except man-made mistakes, we will exchange the defective with a brand new one within 14 days after you get our product. According to the guild regulations customer shall be responsible for the returning shipping fee.

All scopes and items have three years warranty.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of bowest (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
